I fully believe in living life with joy, movement, and wonder. That includes dancing ridiculously — like, full-body-flailing, lose-yourself kind of dancing. Try it. It’s magical.

When I’m not at work, I’m most likely: getting my hands dirty in the garden, kayaking or hiking with my dogs & husband, practicing yoga, or listening to someone like Brené Brown to remind myself I’m not alone in the mess of being human.

I believe in creativity, therapy, personal growth, and the healing power of nature. I also believe that work can be meaningful and fun, and bring that spirit to everything I do — from strategy to storytelling, and every silly little detail in between.
